Request for Proposal for Contact Centre Services – BC One Call

BC One Call Limited is a not-for-profit corporation established for the purposes of increasing public and worker safety, and reducing damage to underground infrastructure within the province of British Columbia.

BC One Call is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain a contact centre operator that will be the primary delivery channel for BC One Call’s services to its members. The contract with the current service provider will expire on December 31, 2016. The successful applicant will be required to be fully operational by that time to ensure a smooth transition.
