Exciting news! CAPULC has recently launched an initiative to help drive recruitment efforts for Underground Facility Locators. As part of this initiative, we are using a survey to collect information on the Underground Facility Locator career. The survey captures two areas: demographic questions to gather information regarding the workforce and feedback on what competencies an Underground Facility Locator needs to effectively perform their job.
This survey targets the following audiences:
- Individuals currently working as Underground Facility Locators
- Individuals who previously worked as Underground Facility Locators
- Individuals responsible for hiring, managing, training, and/or supplying equipment for Underground Facility Locators

The survey will be open to responses from July 21st, 2025 to August 4th, 2025 and is estimated to take 15 minutes to complete. The first 100 respondents will receive a $10 gift card for Tim Hortons.
