| An employer’s representative was not able to locate a natural gas service line (1.25-inch diameter) by consulting the BC 1 Call documentation. When they were also unable to locate it by hand, they tried to remove a top layer of ground using powered equipment. The equipment contacted the line, resulting in a release of natural gas. | |
