At the May 1st, 2025 Annual General Meeting, a new Governance Model was introduced and adopted. This new model is designed to foster a collaborative environment where diverse interests are represented, ensuring effective decision-making and strategic focus. The Board includes 7 members plus the Executive Director and representatives of WorkSafeBC in an ex officio, non-voting capacity.
It is important to point out that all Board members act as member citizens and not as Corporate Representatives.
