NEB Pipeline Damage Prevention Regulations

As of 19 June 2016 the National Energy Board Pipeline Crossing Regulations, Parts I & II are repealed and are replaced  by the National Energy Board Regulations for Pipeline Damage Prevention which come into force on 19 June 2016. Please find attached the following documents:
